Discussion of the DIRDEB MIG

Some minor changes to the document circulated by Dirk were agreed and the
CRG Comments to the DIRDEB are now finalized. Dirk will take the comments to the
Maintenance Group.

Question for Maintenance Group:
- Page 59 the whole segment group 15 (Central Bank Reporting) is Optional, but in Paymul it is Dependant. Why?

Cooperation with GEFEG

Michael Dill provided a presentation on GEFEG and its product EDIFIX and
viewed the website at http://www.gefeg.com/webchecker/crgtest.htm.

GEFEG will provide this website for easy testing of CRG compliancy. Some input from CRG
is required to finalize the definition of the MIGs in the EDIFIX tool. Two days of work are required
for the PAYMUL MIG. Ingemar and Michael to organize a meeting in Berlin and to invite
at least one more CRG member. The results of that meeting will be presented in the next CRG-Meeting
in London.

The CRG and the GEFEG site will be cross-linked.

Review of the PAYMULs for the five chosen banks

Only four of the five banks addressed gave their permission to publish their name on the CRG website.
The testfiles were reviewed and discussed and it was decided that the following testfiles qualify as
being CRG compliant:

Hopefully the table with the CRG compliant implementations can be extended soon with more corporates
and banks.

Discussion on Communication Methods

More answers to the questionaire circulated by Andreas are needed. The results will be
presented at the next meeting.
